Are Preserved Roses Real? How long will Preserved Roses last?

Yes. Preserved flowers are real roses that do not have a definite lifespan, but instead, their condition largely depends on the environment they’re in. These flowers do not wilt like normal flowers but may deteriorate over time. Preserved flowers are also more economical than natural flowers because they can last for months, even years.

It is best to store the flowers in a cool and dry environment, such as in an air-conditioned room, away from sunlight and water.

Are Preserved Roses the same as Dried Flowers?

No, preserved flowers last longer than dried flowers and fresh flowers.

Our preserved flowers also maintain the same soft texture feel as fresh flowers.
The process of preserving flowers also allows for a larger range of colours than that of dried flowers.

How should I care for the flowers?

There is virtually no maintenance required for our preserved flowers! It’s best to store them in a dry and cool environment, avoiding direct sunlight and water. If dust collects on the flowers, simply use a hair dryer to blow the dust away from a distance using light mode.

HANDLE PRESERVED ROSES WITH CARE

  • Keep out of direct sunlight.
  • Avoid high temperatures and/or high humidity.
  • Do not water.
  • Do not refrigerate.
  • Recommended temperature 18-22 Celsius.
  • Storage humidity 55%-60%.
How long can the Patisserie last?

The best consuming period for our patisseries (including croissants & macarons) is within 3 days, as they are freshly made daily. It’s best to store them in a dry and cool environment (and refrigerated where possible when not consuming directly), avoiding direct sunlight and water/high humidity.

Can I customise a Gift Box?

Do you have a physical store?

No, our office is not opened to public. However you can always contact us during our office hours: Monday to Friday 10:00am to 4:00pm.

What is your accepting payment method?

We accept all major credit and debit cards: MasterCard, Visa, and American Express. We also accept payment by Paypal, Direct Bank Transfer.

Please note that all payments are charged in AUD.

How do I know my order has been successfully submitted?

You will receive a confirmation email that reflects the details of your purchase and order number.

What should I do if I want to change my order?

If you would like to change the item from your pending order (item that has not been delivered), please contact us at info@giftscollective.com.au or via phone at +61 2 80 76 76 88. Kindly provide us with your order number when you reach us. Order changes can only be amended within 24 hours from the time of purchase, and this will be subjected to availability of stocks.

What if there are missing item or incorrect items when I receive my order?

For missing or items that have been wrongly delivered, please contact us at info@giftscollective.com.au and quote your order number. Our customer service is open from Monday to Friday, 10am to 4pm (SYD time). We will endeavour to reply to your query within 1 working day and we will advise you on what to do next.
